Thanksgiving from the GOHI Team in India

Dear friends,
We would like to send a big thankyou from the depths of our hearts to all of you who supported in some way & therefore made it possible for 11 people to travel from India to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to attend the Healing through Creativity Course the 2nd-8th of December 2025 arranged by Asian Ministries.
Without your generous support, it would not have been possible to take this group there. Thankyou once again & may God bless you very much. Besides our gratefulness we hope to express in this letter, we are sending you some testimonies & pictures further down.

On the group picture above we are ten people from the Indian team (Only Sujan is missing as he is taking the picture), together with Pastor Esther & Pastor Titus from Asian Ministries at the Everly hotel, Malaysia where the course was held 2nd-8th of December 2025.
The testimonies that have come in from the group are many;
One of the girls Bithika shared how she really felt the love of God, her Heavenly Father, His protection & His care. Through the teaching session & the workshops God touched her & ministered mightily to her.
God helped Bithika through the Healing through Creativity course to understand that she is loved, even though she is imperfect.
God worked in her through the sharing about sonship, the prayer time, the silent time, dirty shell workshop, the jewellery workshop, the sharing about coming as children to God our Father, the teddy bear making & the creative writing workshop.

Especially through the messy painting workshop God brought much healing in Bithika´s life (See Picture 2 above) & He touched her so deeply. She used to be very neat & clean, & through the messy painting workshop God brought back some childhood memories & she realized that God loves her even though she has mess in her life.
Another girl Payel when she did the messy painting workshop, she also felt God speak to her that in her life she makes a lot of mess, but God sets everything in her life, He cleanses all her mess & restores all things in her life. Payel says that this conference was the biggest blessing in her life.
The teaching of the quality of good clay spoke much to Bithika, that she needs to be strong, but also flexible which was one of the qualities of a good clay described in the teaching sessions.
In the anger station that Bithika went to the first day, she could release her anger, all her agony & pain into the hands of God. God showed her in that moment who she needed to forgive & that she needs to express her emotions in a godly way.
In the clay work God showed Bithika to make a broken heart & also a heart where Jesus is there through the cross & where there are also boundaries around the heart (See Picture 3 above).
God helped her to learn that she needs to give her broken heart to Jesus & He will reshape it with His love & also put godly boundaries around it.
Bithika is excited to continue to receive the Father´s love & she says that she is ready to surrender her life to the Potter to let Him reshape her & make her a vessel for the kingdom of God.
She is looking ahead to help others to understand the love of the Heavenly Father & to receive healing through creativity.
Bithika & Payel both shared that the time in the workshop Bible dance was very peaceful and Bithika felt that she was applying the Word of God through the actions in the Bible dance. The presence & love of God was felt clearly.
Another girl Progya testified about experiencing much freedom as she received healing through & learned to find beauty in the ugliest object through the messy painting.
Through the clay work, by creating something in clay she felt how much God loves us, as He created us. We are the clay & He is the Potter. Progya made a beautiful flower out of clay (Picture 4).

Four of the girls Riya, Payel, Unmilita & Progya testified how they in the coloured parachute workshop felt the love of God surrounding them when they lay down under the colourful parachute. Through this workshop the Lord helped them to release some of their blocked emotions (see Picture 5 above).
All four of them started to cry and were prayed for & encouraged by the facilitators team. Progya testified later how she felt that she received healing from long-time emotional bondage.
During the worship time, when they were dancing with banners many of the team members expressed how the Lord touched them. They received much freedom as they danced & worshipped with banners. Some of them for the first time were able to freely worship the Lord with banners (See Picture 6 above).
One day there was a creative walk & the Indian team went together to the botanical garden. They saw God’s beautiful creation which made them understand more that God is so creative.
When Riya made the sheep, it helped her to see herself as a sheep, following the Shepherd. The dirty shell station also spoke to Riya. When she cleansed the shell before decorating it she remembered that God has cleansed her when she was full of dirt.
In the creative writing & silence room both Bithika & Riya were able to write poems that God used to speak to them. Riya´s poem she named My potter´s house (Picture 7) & Bithika wrote a poem that she called Oh! Jesus (Picture 8).

Those in the team who attended the teddy bear making workshop shared about how this workshop spoke to them so much about how valuable they are because God made them & they are not a mistake. They realised that just as they made the teddy bear with so much patience & care, how much more carefully did God knit them together in their mother´s womb.
When they all made the teddy bear it did not become perfect, but they still loved it so much because they made it with their own hands. God has made us into His image perfectly, carefully & with so much patience & He loves us so much because we are the work of His hands.
Payel was deeply touched when she made her teddy bear, which she named Candy (Picture 9). She testified how God told her that He made her perfectly & uniquely, He wants to hug her & loves her every day, every time & every situation as she loves her teddy bear.
For one of the boys Stephen it took him two days’ time to make the teddy bear & in this process Stephen had to redo it many times. One night he was sewing on his teddy bear until 4 am in the morning in his room.
This spoke to him that just as he had to remake his teddy bear so many times and work with a lot of patience & care, God can reshape us & He works with us with so much more patience & care than we can ever do, because He loves us so much.
Stephen also testified that God spoke to him through the colouring workshop where he was free to colour which really helped him. He chose to use his favourite colours & he testified that this workshop of colouring brought healing to him from the effect of negative words that had been spoken over him in the
past.
In the worship time the four boys Stephen, Sanjoy, Sujan & Dev were blessed by being able to use the shofars to worship the Lord (Picture 10).

Unmilita shared how the whole conference was an amazing experience for her. Messy painting workshop was very heart touching for her, & also clay pottery, Bible dance, jewellery making and parachute.
Her husband Sanjoy shares how the whole conference was an amazing experience for him also & God brought much healing in his life though the messy painting workshop, the clay workshop, the parachute workshop & the making of a teddy bear.
Sanjoy shared how he was worried about how to make some pottery for the first time in his life. When he prayed he felt that the Holy Spirit told him to make a tree, symbolising the tree of life & he remembered Jesus who gave His life for him, forgiving the sin he had in his life.
After the clay work, he went to the messy painting workshop where God really touched him. He was trying to draw a picture of the death of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross as it kept coming to his mind. He drew the cross & on the right side he painted some darkness symbolising all his sin & on the left side he drew red for the blood of Jesus Christ that He gave for Sanjoy to He set him free.
While painting Sanjoy felt the tears coming so he stopped painting, went to the washroom & cried a lot as he remembered his sin. He prayed and asked God to forgive him at that time. He testified that he needed spiritual healing and truly God healed him & he started feeling free & healed after what happened at the messy painting workshop (See Picture 11 on the top left side for the painting he
made).

One of the boys Sujan shared how he learned in the course that creativity is a doorway that God uses to restore joy & bring inner healing. Sujan experienced that God´s creativity draws his heart closer to God. God heals, the process reveals His peace & gently touches hidden places of the heart.
Sujan shared that through the connecting time & the lesson about the hardened heart, God softened the hard places in his heart & helped him to listen with openness & surrender to God.
The Macadamia nut was used as an example. It has a hard shell & can be open easily if a small opening is there first, which symbolizes if we are willing & open to God to allow Him to work in our lives. Then the next step is for the hard shell to be opened which can be done easily if we use the key that is given for these kind of nuts. The key that is used to open the hard shell symbolizes God’s divine workings in our lives, but first we have to be willing, surrender to Him & allow Him to work in us.
Through the teaching about sonship Sujan recognised where he lives in fear & he felt that God invited him again to come & rest as His beloved child.
One of the most meaningful moments for Sujan was during the session with the teddy bear (See Picture 12 above). As he prepared the teddy bear, his clothes, his eyes, his mouth- he felt God whisper to his heart:
“If you, as a human, can put so much care into making this teddy bear look beautiful, how much more care have I put in creating you?”
This truth touched him deeply. He realised that God has designed each of us wonderfully. He made us unique, beautiful & full of purpose. In the work stations Sujan realised that creating with our hands heals our heart-God shapes us, as we shape our work.
Sujan named his teddy bear Christopher.
Some other things made by the delegates & by the Indian team (Picture 13-15).
